this selfish world earns my tirade,
where every sharing is but a trade.
mad race doesn't end with money,
love shown is a form of currency.
each move is a one-eyed pursuit,
of your want or good the moment.
and bother shall not we,
to be a chameleon if need be.
predatory lives with no conscience,
at reign here is con science.
out here in this sharks habitat,
it's survival of the foxiest.
